2、 System functions

The A6-1000 automatic framing machine is composed of core modules such as a variable limit moving platform, automatic tensioning system, automatic folding system, servo nailing system, and automatic nailing station. The system has adjustable slow tightening function (which is conducive to the full extension of canvas fibers to avoid frame looseness) and segmented tightening function (to compensate for the stroke caused by local deformation and loss of the frame), which can be operated by a general worker. At the same time, the loading platform synchronously loads materials to the first station.
